Plan your arrival so you're settled in before the 10th — and stay as long as you'd like.
Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN) — the resort is about 75 minutes south along the coast. Our travel coordinator Susan Gill is handling all bookings for our group and will help arrange your flights, airport transfers, and accommodation so you don't have to worry about a thing. She'll make sure you're taken care of from the moment you land.
The Barceló Maya Palace is a grand resort with miles of beach and shallow reefs for snorkeling with manta rays, turtles, and all kinds of tropical fish. There are adult-only and all-ages pools with swim-up bars, a dozen restaurants, plus lounges, bowling lanes, arcades, go-karting, jet ski rentals, a mall with local merchant shops, and more. The resort is also close to the Tulum UNESCO World Heritage Site and other excursions.
We have 25 rooms on hold across three suite categories at group rates. The booking window runs February 7–15, 2027 with a minimum 4-night stay. All prices are per person in Canadian dollars and include your all-inclusive stay at the resort. These prices do not include airfare, since that will vary individually by flight.

485 sq ft with king or two double beds, balcony or terrace, and living area. Sleeps up to 5.
From $1,070/person (double, 4 nights) to $1,965/person (double, 8 nights)
590 sq ft with pool views and Premium Level perks: priority dining, concierge service,
premium lounge access, room service, and spa discounts.
From $1,330/person (double, 4 nights) to $2,485/person (double, 8 nights)
485 sq ft with direct ocean views and all Premium Level perks.
From $1,440/person (double, 4 nights) to $2,685/person (double, 8 nights)
Children ages 2–11 from $536 (4 nights) to $972 (8 nights). Single and triple occupancy rates also available — Susan can walk you through all the options.
September 15, 2026 — $250 deposit per person due to secure your room.
October 15, 2026 — Final payment due. Rooms not booked by this date will be released.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please have a valid passport (valid at least 1–2 months past your return date) handy when booking.
